Website Summary Information
PLEASE NOTE: we have made many changes to the website recently, you will need to clear your brower's cache for the new site to work. Simplified instructions are given under the list of recent additions/changes.
We have added this landing page to the website in order to inform you of the status of your devices, your account(s), and the website itself. We are also using this area to inform you of the changes that have been made to the site as well as future release schedules.
Recent changes/additions to the website

Welcome Page: This new landing page, giving you a summary of your system.

Printable Reports: Reports can now be displayed in a printer-friendly format.

Keyword Searches: When searching in your device list, enter any part of the text to find a match.

Street View: We've added street view to our maps.

Online Renewals: You now have the ability to check your rateplan status and renew your devices online.
PLEASE NOTE: we are in the process of entering existing rateplan information into the system. Service contract renewal will not be available to everyone immediately as we attempt to make sure all our data is up to date. If we have posted information for your devices and you find that there is an error, please contact your representative immediately to correct the problem.

Instructions for clearing your cache:

Internet Explorer:Hold down the <ALT> key and press "R"
